What a scam. Paid thousands of dollars only to have my chain pulled every month by broken promises. The only thing this company can do on time, and they are good at is taking money from my account once a month. Do your homework work .... this is an absolute horrible company.

Wish their was a zero star option. They had a month to design a website and had nothing usable to show for it. They don't have anyone local to work with other than Craig, we'll get to him in a minute. I had to argue with the website creator about what kind of business it would be. They haven't changed the contact email on the site after two weeks. Mr. Craig, the CRO and market president for Sedalia and Warrensburg, didn't listen either. He was rude, arrogant and indignant. He didn't listen to the business owner at all, talked over her, and rushed us out of the meeting because he was done, not because we were. The owner made a joke about having a stroke from stress, and his response was essentially "Go ahead, just not on our property". Since no one else provides these services locally, they treat anyone that actually makes them do their job like garbage.

If you need advertising or a website built, go literally anywhere else. My advice is use a freelancer for a website. Since Time Square has a monopoly on radio advertising in Sedalia, you're better off printing out flyers and posting them around town.

I paid for two and a half months of advertising through Mike Pettis and Craig Hains at Town Square Media. In that time, I did not receive any more calls than normal and did not generate more than $500 in work from the clicks on my website which they brought to me. I paid them over 2.5 thousand dollars in that 2 and a half months. I did the math and a simple Google ad that I set up by myself was more effective than all the targeted and banner ads Town Square Media did for me. Essentially, Google ads is $1.07 for a click while Town Square Media is $1.85 per click. When I brough this to Mike and Craigs attention, they didn't immediately cancel my service (they billed me for an additional month) and claimed they were doing above standard work. I showed them my Google ad performance and they said they stuck by their "Independently audited metrics" I asked what those metrics were, and they said, " this conversation is over" and sent a lady from billing to get the rest of the money I "owed them".

Stay away from Town Square Media, they are not worth your money!

Wish I could put 0 stars. I don't usually review companies which I don't like and end up not using, but I want to make sure that everyone who will read this knows that the phone tactics are aggressive and quite abusive. They offer what tons of people offer and I see no reason they could do it any better than the next company, then to add on how they treat me when i tell them I am not interested and what my web plan is so they will back off it got worse and the guy was trying to make me feel stupid on the phone. DON"T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS!
