I couldn't be more thankful & appreciative of the stellar team at Trailblazer Broadband!! Saturday morning my husband cut our internal cable & contacted support. (We work remotely so 100% dependent on internet). To our surprise, Pat & AJ came to the rescue Monday shortly after 8AM & had it fixed within the hour. ABSOLUTLEY worth the wait!!

From the crews who trenched my yard (can't even tell they were there after one summer season), to my installation team who was prompt, courteous, and helpful answering questions about my personal connection, getting up and running was easy and the cost of building the utility to my home was covered in my package (Standard Installations are covered as of now).

But my service for home use and for work is AMAZING! We have not had one issue in the year we've had home service, but Tech Support was available to assist me in narrowing down what the problem was with an issue with audio/video delay (turned out it was our TV having a problem). Customer Support is all here locally in Estes & Tech Support is out of Fort Collins.

No more waiting for buffering or eventually giving up. I can do my photo editing and sharing with ease and can do video meets with my family and work with zero buffering or issues.

I recommend 100%! Thank you to the Town and all those who have worked to make world class service available to our community!

Updated 8/26/2024 - After years now of having service, Trailblazer is still incredible with excellent Technical & Customer Support. I have had a couple of device/server issues not related to my Trailblazer service, however the technical support team took the time to work with us to help pinpoint the issues so we could contact the software/device teams we needed to in order to resolve the issue. Still going strong with service...highly recommended!

Trailblazer Broadband is a huge asset to the Estes Park community! Theresa in the office was incredibly helpful with scheduling. The installers were timely and skilled. And, the service speeds are fantastic. Given the slow speeds of the wireless networks in our community, fiber to the home is a huge blessing. I highly recommend the service!!

These are some best people I have ever dealt with. They know probably 90% of the customers by name not because they deal with them constantly, but because they pay attention and honestly care about providing a world class service to their customers. I have had a few emergencies for some businesses I provide support for, and they have never hesitated to help and have never said to just call the support number for help.
