Beware of using this company! I signed up to use their marketing services for Twitter adds. I did not get the results I wanted so wanted to cancel. You need to call them to cancel per their contract and their is no email to reach out to them. I have left them messages and sat on hold for sooooooooo Long with no calls back. Super frustrating experience.

Customer service was really, really bad. No way to email the company. No email on their site, the emails they send are from a "noreply@trail . . " so no way to communicate. If you're willing to wait on hold to speak with someone the system ends the call after about 12 minutes. Over a 5 day period I called, waited on hold, and left messages. I received a call back on day 5. Their system says you will get a call back the next business day.
Once I was finally able to speak with someone about canceling my account I received a great deal of pushback. I was forced to repeatedly ask for my account to be canceled before they finally listened. My experience with their marketing was not successful in any shape or form.
My experience with their customer service was some of the worst ever. Yes, they did finally cancel my account . . . but they made me work for it.

Worst experience I've ever had with a marketing company. Waste of money and ZERO customer service. The ads they created didn't do a thing and when you try to cancel, you can't. The number they provide, no one ever answers...you leave a message and they don't call you back. No email or any other way to reach someone. I disputed the charge on my credit card and that got denied. I'll be filing further action at this point to get 2 months of my money back because I had no way to cancel. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging me any further. Insane!!!

Stay well clear of this fraudulent organization. They take $200 per month and do absolutely nothing for you. Then you have to jump through hoops with your credit card company to get these leeches off you because they fight the automatic payment termination. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CRIMINALS PERIOD.

This company is a scam. If I could give negative stars I would. You can never get customer service on the phone. I've been trying to cancel my service for 2 months, have made numerous calls and never received a call back. They send you what they call stats, but I've never seen any of my ads on twitter nor have I received any responses from my so called ad in over 5 months

The Marketing cost, $597.00 a month, could never be effective in our location and should have never happened but it did. All the proper legal documents were presented and legally presented but they would be ineffective in our marketing location but they happened. But But But and But. Bless this wonderful fortune producing company and their successful marketing skills but but but please read feedback reports before providing instant feedback reports. Five stars for your marketing skills but but but only 1 for all the marketing help and proper referrals and refunds provided.

Real Estate Agents beware. This company signs you up, puts your credit card on recuring payments and disappears. I did receive a few emails but never had a response from the public. I tried to cancel and then they talked me into another package. 2 years at $200 per month and I received nothing in exchange. Cancelled again, no refund and then they billed me again. I believe this to be predatory and unlawful. Save your money and do your own ads. This company provides nothing for their customers. The next steps for me will be the better business bureau.

I received a unsolicited call from Eric, at Trailhead marketing. This guy wouldn't take no for an answer, I even asked him to call me back the beginning of April. Pushy telephone sales won't get my business or money. I don't appreciate businesses run like that!
