We met Trevor while skiing in CB and he later helped us purchase a condo near the ski base area. Trevor had alerted us to a great complex when we met (one that we hadn’t thought about before) and then kept us informed as new listings came up. It turned out the complex he told us about was a wonderful fit for us and our budget. Trevor helped navigate the whole process while we were at home in another state and his availability to us was great despite the long distance. Beyond the real estate transaction, Trevor also assisted with getting good local info and making key local contacts. Even though the real estate market is challenging for buyers now, having Trevor’s insights and assistance made the process flow smoothly. He also has really cool photography to share!

Trevor is an exceptional realtor and all around great person. Trevor helped us buy a single family home in Buckhorn Ranch in February after an exhaustive year long search which we performed remotely. Trevor was consistently available and eager to show us properties through Zoom in Crested Butte. He would also take videos of all the properties with commentary and send us photos and videos of the surrounding areas. This home purchase was our sixth real estate transaction in the last eight years. I have extremely high expectations and have never been satisfied with any of the realtors we have used. Working with Trevor was the first time I can confidently and enthusiastically say I would use his realtor services again - hands down! My husband and I have dreamed of owning a house in CB for years and while we finally were ready to make it a reality the housing market in CB got insanely competitive.
