Tri city signs is the worst place to get signs or awnings done. The owner has his employees use old material that has been sitting most of the time outside in the weather and charges thousands of dollars claiming it's brand new. He doesn't supply protective gear for any of the three shops. He doesn't pay anyone minimum wage.

This is what happens when the owner doesn’t care about their customer, be racist, and rude!! You lose a lot more than just customer. You go from 3.8 stars to 2.9!! Good going Tri city

The entire staff is fun to work with. They help guide you through the process of design, layout and installation of signage very well. I've been a customer with them for nearly 25 years and would highly recommend.

The main office/resource worker, Jean or Gene, is the worse worker I’ve ever had to work with. Was hostile and rude from the FIRST word out of her mouth. Would not allow for a civil conversation to occur. Needs to be let go

This was my first time working with Tri-City Signs and they will now be the ONLY sign company I ever do business with again as a business owner! They are quick, efficient and beat literally everyones price, both locally and nationally and delivered the most beautiful sign I’ve ever seen. Their turn around time was nearly 4 weeks faster than competitors. Hands down the best customer service. Thanks Tri-City Sign Co for being a no nonsense business!

HORRIBLE, do not use their services. I hired them to do an awning for me and encountered nothing but problems. One year after my awning was finally put up I still have two small holes and discoloration in the fabric. After hiring an attorney and sending multiple letters they still have not fixed it. Every time we speak they promise to get it fixed "in a couple weeks" and a year later It's still not done. I would not recommend their company to anyone. Buyer beware.

After reaching out online the sales rep shows up unannounced, can't figure out how to reach the front desk (phone numbers are posted on professional SIGNS everywhere), totally rude and then says "I've owned lots of hotels, I'm going to walk away from this one"... what a great person to have as a sales rep representing your company... good grief.
