Very disappointed! The company takes no accountability in providing a defective door latch for RV's. The actual metal inside will break!!! you will be locked in or out of your RV!!! This is the second time one of these locks has broken in a year and a half. They provide a year warranty. They only expect it to work for a year, the door latch that keeps you from falling out!! Replacement staff Ann is very rude. Happy to provide terrible customer service as well as her supervisor.
