Shocking poor experience.

While the initial meeting and consult went well, it was all downhill from there. From forgetting the concepts we agreed upon, to missing deliverable dates with no feedback/awareness, not communicating for weeks, failing to provide the images requested even when reminded, to having to ask repeatedly for the return of photographed products...level of professionalism beneath anything ever experienced. Be warned, this is company to be avoided.
