Jonetta was wonderful. I came in bei was experiencing some service issues. She looked ar my phone and immediately realized what the problem was. I had to upgrade my phone and she was just great. Andy was there as well to help transfer things to my new phone. They both are amazing

Just came into us cellular because my phone wasn't charging. I asked how much it would cost to get it looked at and the worker Jonetta said shed try and fix it for free. I was there for 5 minutes tops and my phone is charging good as new!

Jonette, in the CC store was very calm, patient on the phone when she had to call their main office (was not working with Jonette) and even apple (who to me was giving her attitude) while also trying to train employees. She even had an employee help with my kiddos for it was taking 2 hrs and still no answers of why phone was giving an email instead of a number. She even gave me a new number . Thank you. She guided Allan (CC store) on what to do the next day to set phone up for she wasn’t there otherwise let Andy know so he could help him.
The team there was so helpful and understood my frustration for I needed my phone for my job.

I was so pleased to be able to walk in there say hi to Jonetta and immediately know I was in good hands. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to switch from T-Mobile to US Cellular and get home internet. The deals they have and their continued commitment to inclusiveness were already what had me coming in, but to come in and feel like I'm being taken care of by family makes me want to make sure everyone comes here too!
I would and will be highly recommending her and US Cellular, especially their home internet which was basically a plug and play. No time at all I switched 3 lines and got my home internet ready to go. Now I'm chilling enjoying my savings AND an amazing consumer experience!
