Two stars for the rad tech they sent out, but completely unsatisfactory on actual speeds. You pay for a gig down and a gig up and you simply do not get what is advertised. I understand some standard variance within 100Mbps, but as the photo shows that is not the case. And hasn't been over 8 of the 12 months I've had the service.

I've also reached out about the stark discrepancy in advertised speeds to only be met with no response.

IDK, man. Pay for gig internet and only getting half of it does not sit right with me. Probably the best internet in Burk, but no excuse on halfing what you pay for. Do better, Vexus. At least a response on grievances would be a start.

I would give them a zero rating if I could. I decided to drive around our property on my way home one day and found three trucks and heavy equipment on our property digging massive holes. Deep enough into the property to not say they were on a public easement. Of course, I stopped and asked them who they were and why they were on our property. They claimed they had permission from the city. Maybe they did but they were unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. No notice, no care about my concerns and left our property with divots large enough that we will not be able to mow without issues. I took pictures of the company logos that were on temporary signs on the side of the trucks. No answer when I tried to call for help about the mess and no means to reach a person to express my concerns. The prompts led me nowhere. Now they are canvassing our neighborhood to grab new business. If this is how they treat people before they prospect for business then NO THANK YOU, they will not get our business in Texas.

**UPDATE; Vexus has came a long ways over the past year or so. I am completely satisfied with their service as well as their staff. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Vexus in Burkburnett/Wichita Falls TX comes up with every excuse one could think of as to why their fiber internet is bad. We have had issues after issues and have tried to get them to fix it multiple times over the last few months. I mentioned posting a review and they all but begged me not to. They even reduced the bill. But regardless how much it is reduced, it is not worth their inability to provide what they sell. I am attaching two speed test results and I have months worth of speed test results to back up what I am saying. Choose wisely when it comes to your internet provider. By the way, we are on the 1G plan.

Vexus is a great company. Used their internet for the first time last year and it was consistent the entire year I had it. I got ready to transfer them to my new home, but unfortunately they don’t have service out there yet, but when they do I will get their service again.

They cannot keep their internet services running for more than a few days. When you call and ask, they keep saying they are working on it but NEVER have an estimated time for fixing it. Don't worry, though. They will continue taking your money and credit your account once it's fixed. Spoiler alert: the fix never happens, and they keep taking your money and providing none of the service. I pay for the 1Gig service I honestly have averaged about 10Mbps download for the past month. Avoid at all costs. It isn't worth your time or money.
