I went in today to pay the bill for my kids' phones. My husband, their father, is the account holder. I told the person that helped me, Nicole Larson, that I just wanted to pay the balance. She processed to tell me that she cannot disclose the total because I and not an otherized user. I tried to explain that I was not asking the total on the account, just merely wanted to pay the total. She then processed to tell me I had to give her a number to pay the bill. I have never had this issue before. Usually I go in and just tell whom ever is helping me that I just want to pay the total and there is no problem. Getting frustrated with her customer service, I just told her a number and when she handed me my receipt, it turns out I over paid the bill by about $9. Extremely frustrating that she wouldn't just let me pay the total and the LET me over pay.

We are new customers to Viaero. Jennifer and the manager that was there at the time went above and beyond for us. According to their store hours, they are supposed to close at 6:00, they were there until after 8:00 helping us with any and all questions we had while maintaining the utmost friendliness and patience. It is much appreciated! Thank you!

I have security questions set up on my account for good reasons. Nothing was verified when Crystal was done with everything I asked I brought this to her attention. She laughed and told me she'd keep that in mind. I called back to speak with her supervisor who told me she doubted she meant to get snotty with me that she's new and made excuses for her. I do NOT FEEL AS IF MY ACCOUNT IS SAFE OR PROTECTED OR THAT CRYSTALS SUPVISOR CARES!!!! I've been an account holder for 15 years and will be looming into other carriers

The service used to be great but lately it dropps another of calls. Viaero is the only carrier I've heard of where you can have full service and drop a call. I'm considering switching to 2 cups and a piece of string

Worst experience with Viaero. They "upgraded me" to a better service for more money and I have made several calls and sent several emails that it isnt working and no help. I literally cannot do my job as I work from home. Such a waste of money and poor service.
