I have very reliable service from TISD at a reasonable price. Their internet speed is fast enough to stream without buffering. Inclement weather may cause some interference but that is seldom. Customer service is easy to work with if there is a problem and helpful in three ways. First if there is an outage from a cut line they will have a recording letting you know, second they try to help over the phone, and if necessary they will send out a technician. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so because of reliable service and reasonable prices.

Customer service has always been great. The service very rarely goes down and when it does they explain. what happened and when service will be back.
Yasmyn returned my email with a phone call, She set me up on a new plan to save me money but also keep the high speed.
This is why I have been with TISD for many years.

This is a great service and connectivity stays steady 96% of the time which is really awesome for an ISP servicing areas outside of bigger cities and towns. Customer service has reached out to make sure things are running properly and they have let us know when there have been outages. So far so good! I am thankful for such amazing service and good connectivity!

Disappointed in TISD. We have had more problems with them then any other provider. Something always goes out and then they have no one on the weekend to come out and service their faulty equipment. I also, notice they only respond back on this site if you give a good review not a bad one.

This has to be the worst internet service I’ve ever had it goes out for multiple hours everyday even when the weather is perfect and the tech support is no use either a hotspot will run better than the internet.

Would strongly recommend looking for any other company and canceling your service if you can no hope will ever be provided

I started service in April or May 2024. The high speed internet is good, but I have called 2 times to ask why I am paying for 1 gig of service but only getting about 350 mbps. I also needed the modem placed in a different spot than they placed it. Both times I was told I would be called back to schedule something and I NEVER got anything. I called to today to cancel on 7-19-24 and rather than saying they can get someone out here to atleast move the modem for me they asked when would I like the cancelation to go into effect. The modem is hardwired directly from outside or I would have moved it myself. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Worst internet I’ve ever experienced. This is the 5th day in a row our internet has gone out. Sometimes for 30 min sometimes for multiple hours. I understand if it was once every month or when a storm comes. But on a perfectly sunny day It’s extremely frustrating. Our internet goes out ATLEAST 2 times a week. If it doesn’t, I’m SHOCKED. Will be switching providers asap.
