We changed from Sierra Telephone to Vyve yesterday. The installation was absolutely terrific. Darrell was the installer, and he was simply wonderful. He was so very nice, friendly, and very very good at his job. Can't say enough good things about Darrell. Our internet connection is awesome. Fast, reliable, and very very reasonably priced.

I had intermittent service remedied by a Vyve Technician named “Darrell” today Feb 1st 2024. He was courteous , professional and was all over getting the issue corrected. The rain didn’t bother him, he was all smiles even when he was outside on the pole. I appreciate his efforts and his positivity on a day like today. As a side note* Vyve has always worked incredibly well & we live in a very remote place. I depend on it for work to update servers. Happy Customer here.

This company is ridiculous. Day 5 of slow and NO Internet. Multiple calls, resets, reports - no answers. No one is ever in the local office. Phone representatives are very difficult to understand. There is no such thing as customer service, follow up care, communication, etc. During what was probably my 5th call, they had the gall to try and sell me an insurance policy for an extra $4.95 a month. For what If I could, I would give them minus 100 stars. Reported to FCC and FTC. We'll see what happens. If past performance is any clue, nothing. So frustrating and disappointing

So happy with my services with Vyve Definitely the fastest option in the area. I used to have STI and it would take me 5 days to download a game that same game took 1 hour with the 1 gig
Not to mention Michaella in the local office is so sweet and very helpful. She really takes the time to listen to her customers

For only having 1 customers service rep in the office this company has surprisingly great service. Michaella in the front office is so sweet. The techs are so helpful I had a lot of questions and they were super insightful and took time explaining things.
