Owner Yvonne was great. She took personal time to help me retrieve an important picture I wanted to have framed through my personal files ect. Also did a great job refurbishing an old pix of my grandparents which turned out great and will now look awsome framed!

Atrocious customer service. I inquired about having senior photos of my daughter taken and was told there was a $100 sitting fee but that they had no studio and I would have to make room in my house for this. I thought the fee was high since I was expected to provide a place to do the photos but was still willing to consider them but there were no samples of senior photos on the website and I asked to see some. After several repeated attempts to contact them there was no response. I since learned they had become known for taking money and never delivering the photos. I suppose that is why I got no reply, I dared to ask questions before handing over my money. Steer clear of them!!

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I got pictures threw this company and they were very unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend it to anyone. After not receiving my picture, I asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do about it. will never return.
