I received a phone call at about 5 p.m. and wasn't asked to take a survey, however I obliged and went along with it. The man, Bill, who was asking the questions was nice and and made the experience comfortable. The only problem I had with it was that the survey was far too long. They seem to use a program that creates the survey in real time, so even the surveyor doesnt know how long it will take. The questions were not interesting, but they barely held my attention for the 28 minutes and 21 seconss of the calls. I honestly would have hung up if Bill didn't keep me on the line. He was very pleasant but his jokes are kinda lame. All in all I would rate the experience a 3 out of 5. Fairly descent.

The person called me and wanted survay with me without an appointment. Her first question is "Do you understand well in English?" I have been in the US almost 30 years, if you think I cannot understand and/or speak English Please DO NOT CALL. I never give you a permission to call me the first place.
