I feel that the employees that use to work for Waverly utilities were much more personal and professional. The new ones use their time to gossip and spend time looking at their cell phones The General manager and the so called safety director diffently need courses in professionalism which they need to pay for on their own and do it on their own time. Do not charge the consumers bill. They know there is no competition if you live in Waverly. We should have a choice Mid American or Buttler Bremer for example. Or treat the consumer here more professionally and not hike the utilities every time they all get a raise. I believe there could be other employees that actually work and not harm others reputation with lies and gossip I also believe they should be audited for corruption and time management.

Honestly the worst “bundled” utility company I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in cities all over. The bills are sent seperately, randomly, and are not current or up to date . Although it’s one company, they send a completely different, seperate “telecom” bill from your regular utility bill. This makes you have to add up your total of the two bills when it’s only one company. What is the point of billing seperately and having two seperate billing due dates for one company? It is confusing for no reason when the paperwork and bills are not accurate.

I have tried to go into the office to ask for exactly what’s on my account for my bill and they print out a bill, tell me that’s not the correct amount and have to write it on a piece of paper. And to top it off, that price is without “telecom” . Why would I want to not receive a total of the bill for all my utilities and want to solve a puzzle to figure out what’s due and when it’s due on my account.

I Received a letter saying the “telecom” bill was due on 11/25 and had intended on paying 11/17 to prevent any issues with my internet. They shut it off the 11/16 when the bill last sent to me states it’s due on 11/25. They do not send any warning of your internet being shutoff or attempt to post a warning, they just shut it off randomly, forcing you to come into the office and pay a $35 reconnection fee and $10 fee for a debit card for them to click 2 buttons to turn it back on.

The internet service itself is not bad but tracking my bills and paying almost 1.5x my internet every month or every other month due to not knowing my account total makes the service inconvenient and inconsistent. You guys need a better way to bill your services and communicate with your customers.

Coming from the monopoly of Media Con, it's been NOTHING but refreshing to move to a company that has customer service skills.

I've had one Internet delay since I've switched, which happened just moments earlier.
I called, left a message, and got a call back within 10 min. -did t matter rhi, since my service returned.
Nothing but professional top notch service

-expect the complete opposite from most internet
service providers. This staff is legit
