Several weeks later after posting the original review below I was contacted by Natalie Lake from wwl and she got me my Super Bowl tickets and was awesome to work with. I have no idea if it was because of the review I left but I wanted to make sure I changed it as they corrected the issue for me.

*ORIGINAL REVIEW*
They printed tickets for Super Bowl 57 and allowed customers who attended the Super Bowl through on location to purchase their replica ticket via email. However I never received the email and once I found out about this and notified wwl they would do nothing to help me. They just said sorry it is to late. Very disappointed. Once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the Super Bowl and all I am asking for is the ticket to show I went.
