The home was part of a conservatorship and had to be sold as the owner is in assisted living with dementia. I am his niece and conservator and don't live in the area. This was an extremely long process as I began working with the courts to get approval to sell his home in March 2023. Wendy Zepeda provided the information I needed to assist with that step and then patiently waited until the court approved the sale over 7 months later. She was fabulous throughout, even assisting me when contractors needed access to the house & going over herself to turn on the heater when temperatures dipped to freezing, in order to avoid any pipes from bursting. Once I had the approval, she executed her marketing plan and had a buyer within 1 week. Next came the long process of getting the final court approval. The pooy buyers were faced with having to extend escrow several times and convincing their lender to extend its rate lock. All the while, Wendy remained calm, confident and always professional!
