This is how they run their cables and on the other side of the park they have about 20 cables ran through the woods and can’t get them off there butts to do something about it and already had a child get hurt riding there bicycle. I told everyone they can start calling or file a lawsuit over the child getting hurt.

Terrible terrible terrible. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone. Internet and speeds are great, when they actually work. It seems we can’t go a single month without an outage. That may last 5 minutes may last 24 hours, but you won’t know because they have no kind of notification system or customer call back for your convenience. Not to mention they can have an effect on your livelihood, to where you can’t work because of an outage. But if you ask for a little credit bc you’re paying for services and not getting the service you paid for and losing money because you can’t work all in the same breath.. but they don’t care. Just a Waste of money.

Zero stars. The worst WiFi experience I’ve had. I’ve had to use this WiFi for years now and finally got to switch. Outage at least once a day and I’m not one to use it very much but always ran out at the end of the month. Not worth the price at all

Lines haven’t been buried for over two years in our neighborhood. My 83 year old grandma has tripped and fallen as well as an elderly neighbor. Internet is in and out and never consistent and we’re right in the middle of town. Customer service is usually nice and helpful but tired of paying for a service that doesn’t work more than it works

Worst shitternet I’ve ever had. I moved here from Memphis about a year ago and had to switch from AT&T fiber. Never once had an internet outage with fiber, but with white county cable, my internet goes out every single day. When it works, it’s slow as Christmas. The AOL dial up I had to use when I was a kid is faster. If I knew I’d be moving to an area in Searcy where only one crappy company has an entire monopoly on the area I lived, I would not have bought this house as I need decent internet for work and this is far from decent.

Good when it works, haven’t had internet for a week, if I do it doesn’t last long. Support number isn’t a working number would like to be refunded for the days I haven’t had internet. Over the past year I feel like I’m at least owed a free month for the total number of outages I have experienced

Moving to a new location and inquired about cancelling my service. Still have to pay the remaining 2 months of my contract regardless. Triple checked with the representative on the phone that my service will NOT be cancelled until I move out and she reassured me that it will not shut off for at least a week. Lost service that same night.

We are on 4 weeks of service being in an out for 4-6 hours at a time. We've had techs out 2 to 3 times a week without any answers and making excuses and saying well it's over our pay grade. When you call to see what's going on they are rude and can't give an estimated time or tell you anything. Do freaking better
