If your looking for a Realter to have your back….. look no further. Seriously, just call her. Lisa is one of the kindest people that I have ever meet and her work ethic is unmatched by anyone in the business.Lisa goes the extra mile for ALL of her clients.

We were given Lisa’s information from a co-worker in 2016. My husband and I were looking to purchase vacant land in the duneland area. Lisa listened to us, came up with a plan, and toured anything and everything she thought we may be interested in. Lisa showed up to every appointment in good and bad weather in knee high work boots ready to get dirty. Lisa helped us purchase ten acres in Valparaiso 2016.

In 2017. I lost my dad unexpectedly at a very young age. My dad had purchased a fixer upper home a few months before he passed away. It wasn’t in good shape or in the greatest of neighborhoods. Lisa came out and looked at the home and gave us some ideas on how to fix it up. Lisa gave us a list of people she trusted if we needed help. Lisa gave us encouragement over several months and would check in on us often. Lisa went out of her way and worked with our attorney to make sure everything was going smoothly when it was ready to sell. Lisa sold this home for us in 2018. Life and people can be messy. If you want someone to help you out of messes with no judgment Lisa is your girl.

In 2022…. A home adjacent to our ten acres was going to hit the market. We called Lisa and explained the circumstances. Within 24 hours of calling her she wrote our sales agreement prior to the home hitting the market. Within 21 days we closed on our new home. While purchasing the new home she also put our home on the market and sold it within 3 days with multiple overs over asking price.

One of the things I love most about Lisa is that she treats you like family. She is reliable, dependable, and she knows her stuff. I promise you won’t regret working with her or her team.

I recently worked with Liz and she did an amazing job communicating and strategizing throughout our process. She was able to get us offers over asking price on our house in less than a day on the market. She did a great job showing us houses and helped us negotiate to get under contract on a new home. Unfortunately the new home we were trying to purchase fell through due to inspections and the selling agent would not communicate with Liz or anyone for that matter for weeks after the sale fell through. Liz and Lisa (owner of Whitehat) went above and beyond by hiring and paying for an attorney to send a certified letter to get my earnest money back to which I got back almost immediately after the letter was sent.

Liz and Lisa are both very professional, ethical, and great people to work with. We will continue to use them in the future.
