Huge Rave for this place. I called this morning at about 8:30 with a request that I did not expect would happen. I needed two poster size prints for a funeral. Without hesitation the girl that answered the phone said as soon as her printer got there she would ask and let me know. Long story short they made the most beautiful poster size photos for me at a very cheap price and I am forever grateful. Will definitely use them in the future for any printing needs I have

Several times a year I have to produce a 20-30 page brochure but only 4-5 copies. Wilson does an excellent job with my tiny printing job. They have even caught and corrected errors in layout that I have made. They do what they say they're going to do, delivering quality work on time. Thanks Wilson!

Very happy to see Wilson Printing survive the Campfire and reopen in Chico. I have gone to them for the past 23 years for all my printing and signs for my business. They always provide great service at a fair price.

They have great customer service and they're very quick for getting a few documents printed, however, the price is pretty high. I would suggest making some sort of deals for students and former military trying to print resumes.

There was one time I got there around 830 in the morning and trying to print out a few papers from my flash drive as soon as possible because I was in a hurry. The lady who was also the only one in the store told me she doesn't know how to use the printer, it's the another guy's job and I should go try Mr.Kopy. So as result I left the store and went to Mr Kopy, Mr. Kopy wasn't even open....

Another day I went to The Print Shop trying to print out a few papers again, this time it was around 11 in the morning and I was excepting do get this done in 5 minutes. So I went into the store saw these 2 ladies sitting behind the table, then I told them I need to print out my papers. And guess what? They said both of them didn't know how to use printer, I should go try Mr. Kopy instead.
Seriously?
I meant, I understand the first time I went there it could be a bit too early (Even on their webpage it says opens at 8) so the inconvenience was reasonable to me. But the second time it was freaking 11 in the morning and you had 2 people in the store didn't even't know how to use printer...
And you guys called this place "The Print Shop"? More like "Try Mr.Kopy" to me.
