Got here at 8am checked in a the gate at 8:20am
It's 5:54pm and still waiting for my paperwork.
I brought a half trailer for them it took them from 8:20am to around 4pm to empty it and are still not done counting it.

I will thank them for the detention pay clock is still rolling. They wait until I walk in the door to tell me they are calling me. Then over me to leave without them confirming my load( half load) I said my next pick canceled so I will wait.

I think they are mad but the longer they take the more money I make since I lost me other load.

Come here for easy money they giving it away.

This is a breakdown facility it means they break the pallets and make two or three pallets from one pallet as per their requirement . Unloading may take 2 to 10 hrs as per load. If your broker didn’t gave you this info.then it is his fault . If he is paying for it then it is fine. Staff is super cool . They took 6 hrs to unload me . No restroom available. There is a truck stop across the street . They will charge you 10 bucks for overnight parking.

7 pallets Apt time 5am. It's 445 pm 12 hours later paid the lumpers fee at 2 pm. This is the worst place to deliver to in Colorado. These are the most lazy dock workers in the state. I will start charging 2500.00 for the delivery and 100 per hour detention after the first two hours and I'm only 75 miles away . This place needs to fire the upper management and get someone in there that can run there warehouse. And before you try and reply and explain your situation I own a large warehouse in Denver with 15 companies inside it. We receive 20 to 50 loads per day. We have everyone out within 2 hours. If you can't handle the loads I have a lumping service who will come unload all your trucks you receive every day and I promise they will have your trucks out in 2 to 4 hours.

I understand that this is a breakdown facility, but when you ask them to go back and check what it’s looking like and how much more time about it’s gonna take the guy has an attitude and tells you you’re not gonna get a number at me go back in the truck and get comfortable. You don’t do that to people. We have places to be we have appointments to make The least you could do is give a fair update and that’s it.

This place takes way too long to unload. Hey Windigo, if you allow lumpers in to run your dock, they are making a ton of money. You should be able to demand from the lumper service to have each truck done in 2 hours or less or fire them and get a different service in there. You are definitely in the bottom 5 percent of shippers/receivers in my book. There is no good reason to keep a trucker all day long other than incompetence or apathy.

Very slow unloading. No toilet. My appointment was for 5 am. Now is a 2pm. i am still at the door. If you can skip this place, do it.

Arrived at 8am to unload, now it's 4pm and they still won't let me go. Horrible people work here. Because of them, my next load was cancelled. Ignore this place!
