Customer service was great. Claudia was very helpful and answered all my questions. She was able to combine 2 flavors into 1 for me. The food does not match the service the fried to hard for my liking and the egg rolls was fried well but cold in the center. Kool-aid was good. Overall great service not so great food.

First let me say the Customer service yesterday was Excellent! We ordered the Wednesday Special 20 wings with two flavors and a family side for 19.99. We got Cajun lemon pepper and Henny wings. We also got the lemon pepper fries. Everything was cooked to order and it came out Hot and Super Fresh. I am very picky about fries and Wing Worlds fries are so good! We were super pleased with our food and even when we got home our food was still hot. I don't know the ladies name that was there yesterday but she went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be going back soon!

This was my first visit to Wings World but will not be my last. I ordered 🍋 Pepper and 🍯Gold wings!

The wings were crispy. The seasoning was phenomenal. The food came in a timely manner. The service was good! My hunger was sated after consuming 10 wings.

The dine-in area is small but it appears most of their customers order to go.

It’s a big deal when you are able to say that your food tastes better than large successful companies like Buffalo Wild Wings. This is true of Wings World. Suggestions: Spicy Cajun Ranch, Lemon Pepper, Honey Gold, Bbq, their fries, Kool Aid drinks, and wings rolls. So good!

Wings were overcooked. It took 45 min to receive 10 piece wings. The inside had a smokey/burnt smell from the kitchen. The manager is ultimately responsible and needs to be fired. I threw the remaining wings in the trash.
