Friendly and quick service. The vanilla latte was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. The chocolate covered coffee bean on top was also a nice touch!

Baristas were super nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks are super colorful and tasty. They have a bowl of water set out for dogs and have a little jar of treats for them too. That's so sweet I love it! 💕

First off, I have always loved this location, it is one of my favorites and usually the staff has always been helpful and very friendly. Yesterday, however, I went through the drive thru and ordered $30 worth of stuff. It was incredibly windy outside and when I asked the girl at the box to repeat something she was very rude about it. When I got to the window she continued to be extremely rude and actually said, “I’m not even there yet babe!” when I started to give my phone number for rewards. I have never not given a barista a very healthy tip, but today was a first.

First time having the coffee here and it turned out really good! The ladies working here today were really professional, provided excellent customer service and was on top of their game. Also ordered a breakfast sandwich from here as well and to me it was cooked to perfection. Nice sitting area with the view of the mountains. Pretty peaceful and Really good. Good food, good coffee, good morning and a start to a nice day. Will be coming here more often. I definitely recommend it.

TL;DR: if you have a bad order make them fix it immediately because the have absolutely ZERO customer service after.

2nd edit: as i looked over, i noticed they also added an extra dollar charge on the order a day later AFTER i emailed.

This isnt the one i usually go to, but i stopped here on my way to town for breakfast, staff was nice and friendly but they got not only my coffee wrong but my burrito was half cold (like they microwaved with hotspots). Unfortunately i didn't have time to turn around to get it fixed so i called in, the lady told to email their customer support and that they handle all that, so i went and did that and a guy named Sloan responded and apologized, then asked if i had an account on their app and what my loyalty number was. I sent back that i didnt have the app but i could send a copy of the receipt and the pics from the order. That was all about a month ago, ive sent 2 emails since and still nothing.
