Had 4 hours of my time wasted, went online to set up service, said I was serviceable, wouldn't take my payment. Messaged customer care by email. Decided to call in, sales guy says I'm not serviceable. One hour later they call ME back, the sales person tells me my address IS serviceable and sorry for the yadayada. He sets up the install for TODAY 3-5PM. So I get home and wait till 5:30pm rolls around, I call and ask if everything is okay THEY told me yes and that the service order was active and to give the technician extra time. Okay that's fine js wanted to make sure everything was still good. 6:30pm, now this is absolutely incorporate, I've given them a 4 hour window to come, I call again...... This sales person then tells me my address is NOT serviceable and no one is coming...... ☺️ wonderful BYE not even a customer and gave me hell. Impressive

My bill just went up $40 per month. Yet they still offer $30 plans to new customers. They will not give me a break. The customer service person can barely be understood.
My service goes out multiple times each month. All signs of a failing company.

HIGHLY NEVER RECOMMEND. if I could leave a zero star review that's what they would get. I have the 1gb service but can only get like 31 mbs on a decent day 80% of the time my Walmart phone hotspot has better Internet service. Anytime I call to try and see what is going on during the day they found the tech couldn't put my router number in correct so that took 2 weeks to try and fix because if you call at night all they can tell you is there's maintenance on the lines but the day time employees contradict them there hasn't been any maintenance in our area for weeks. Can't wait to drop them.

Zito has only gotten worse and worse. It was okay when we first got it two years ago. Now we need to reset our wifi a couple times a day and we’re lucky if we get 25mbps. Terrible quality.

Terrible service. Terrible people working at the company most speak very poor English and you cannot get anything but lies from their support, unfortunately I live in an area that only has one other option for affordable internet and they are just as bad as zito I.e CenturyLink
Where poverty county in starlink is not an option for the majority of people living here. So if you have an option other than zito where you are, please go there. You will be much happier

Yes another 1 star review. Have to reboot the modem about 3 times a day on average. Then it works fine for a few hours and it's down again. Tech support, while polite, can't solve the problem in spite of trying 4-5 times. Searching for another provider but may be stuck. Even HughesNet is more reliable, though slow and not unlimited. Guess I'll do the waiting list for Starlink.

Internet is constantly down I’d avoid if you can. The very second another ISP who can offer at least 200mbps I’m switching. They’ll be down for two days it’ll come back up and go down next week. Every time they’re down it’s a pain working with their customer service who seems not to care they repeat “a tech will be there in 24-48 hours every time you call. I work from home this is severely impactful. CHOOSE ANOTHER ISP IF YOU CAN.

Zito had let my husband and I down repeatedly over the 8 months we’ve had them as our ISP. Service was great for around 5 months but then our GBPS service that we PAY for has dropped down to measly 1-2 MBPS for the last 3 months. I wouldn’t complain if I could still use the internet, but it takes over 25 minutes to load a single webpage. We have called several times over the past month to inquire about partial refunds, technicians servicing our router, and when the issues will be fixed. There has been NO effort from Zito to change, fix, or make this right. When asked when an ETA would be to have a technician out, they didn’t have one. Every time we call we have been told to wait 24-48 hours and the problem should be fixed, it hasn’t. If you have ANY other option for ISP, choose them. Zito does not value their customers and will promise high-speed internet but cannot deliver. We are changing providers ASAP.
